Returns & Exchanges

At Go Places, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number for updates on your refund status.
